New project and I am seeking talent !

Over the next few weeks I may be setting up a streaming radio station for online broadcast. I've been meaning to do this now for sometime. However, I will be reliving a dream Radio Station. Once broadcast but closed down sometime ago. I can't say a lot about my new station project right now... Once I am more organised, I'll post more in relation to the station itself.

Anyway, I'm going to be looking for some talent.
*. Voiceover talent to voice productions. I.e. Jingles, adverts.
*. Station program managers. - Someone who looks after the streams and radio shows. I.e. Making sure they go out on air...
*. Radio dj. - We are looking for talent with experience ! - Drop me a radio demo on MSN.
*. Recruitment. - someone who looks after new jocks and the timetables
*. Finally, someone who is interested in assisting with the daily operations of the station.

Once the station starts making money. I will pay you too.
