I've been away all last night, I decided late yesterday afternoon that I was going to visit Longford. Unfortunately I didn't plan the day to good. I brought my mobile camera, but i forgot to save the previous travelling videos to my hard drive. I've not yet uploaded them to you tube. So I wasn't deleting them just to record some footage of Longford. All I have to show for is a a picture of me standing by a Longford sign-post.
A trip from Dublin to Longford offers some great scenery (VIA Train.) It's a two Minute walk form the train station to the town centre. When you get off the train; upon leaving the station. Walk straight 100 steps and your in the town centre. And don't take the first turn left at Earl Street ! It leads to a maze of housing estates. Don't ask how I managed to find my way back out of it !
I like Longford, and I've been there a few times before. It's a friendly town with many great shops, - A stone-throw-away from the Longford Train station. Next time I visit that great city, I'll bring my Canon camera. So I can show you the many great things Longford has to offer. :)
Here is me: (You Won't See The Sign On a Poor Quality Monitor.)

P.s. I do have a proper camcorder. But I've no clew how it works ! LOL
